Our Yoga Offerings
We love the benefits of yoga so much; we offer classes with two instructors! Flow yoga is a simple and intermediate level class for anyone wanting to try yoga for the first time, and Erin’s Saturday morning yoga is a great way to relax and reward for a week of hard work.
Current schedule as of 8/1/2017:
Per (1 hour) class: $10
Saturday morning yoga with Erin (Saturdays @ 10 am $10/class)
This relaxing, Vinyasa class combines prana (breath) and asana (postures). You gently flow from one pose to the next while practicing dynamic meditation by giving your mind a clear focus.Reconnect with your body by using mindful and intelligent movements.Gain strength, balance and flexibility while bringing a sense of peace, clarity and quiet to your mind
